We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring our financial operations and reporting run smoothly, accurately, and at scale, supporting Heymondo’s next phase of international growth.
This is a high-impact opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, tech-driven business, collaborating across teams to deliver reliable insights, strengthen processes, and help shape a best-in-class finance function.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, assisting the Financial Controller with reconciliations and reporting.
Assist with settlements and reconciliations with insurance companies, B2B partners, and medical services.
Manage accounts payable operations, including invoice validation, coding, and payment coordination.
Collaborate with HR and external payroll providers to provide data inputs and carry out payroll checks.
Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances to ensure accurate records.
Maintain and update cash flow statements and contribute to forecasting models.
Prepare intra-group invoices related to underwriting and other intercompany transactions.
Conduct basic cost accounting and business unit-level analysis.
Prepare files for bulk payment runs — including affiliate payouts, expense reimbursements, and supplier invoices.
Handle finance operations requests (credit card issuance, payment confirmations, receipt processing).
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Support external and internal audit processes by providing timely, structured documentation.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent financial reporting and operational alignment.
Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls across all teams and business areas.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
4–6 years of experience in similar roles in accounting, corporate finance, strategy, or FP&A, preferably in fast-growth tech companies, consulting firms, or VC/PE-backed businesses.
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
Advanced user of Excel / Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Experience working with financial tools and accounting software.
Experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish

Schedule: Full Time (7.5h/day)
Location: 100% Remote, with the option to work from our office in Barcelona (next to Torre Agbar)
Eligibility: Must reside in Spain and have the legal right to work
