Mission:
This pivotal role focuses on close collaboration with Product Managers, QA, and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of our roadmap. This is achieved through strategic backlog planning and the proactive identification of risks and dependencies.
You will support this mission by driving organisational maturity through the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, helping teams refine their practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We believe in adaptation; as such, you will help tailor the methodology (Agile or otherwise) to what works best for each specific team to ensure effective and predictable delivery.
Key activities / responsibilities to perform:
Act as a servant leader, supporting Product Managers and development teams by removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity.
Apply best practices in agile/non agile framework, always keeping deadlines and priorities clear whilst aligning the team, acting as a methodological reference.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprints reviews) as well as meetings to support decision-making processes.
Identify and remove impediments to enhance team productivity and delivery flow.
Define and manage the “big development picture” of each sprint in close collaboration with Product Management.
Plan deployments to the testing/pro environment in collaboration with QA and IT.
Protect the team from external interruptions by removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Mediate and manage internal team conflicts, promoting a collaborative environment.
Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress, work load) to enable data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, Engineering or any other related field. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
+2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master or Digital Portfolio Analyst in digital, web, app development environment.
Strong and highly motivated leader.
Organised, proactive, and pragmatic in problem-solving, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, balancing agile best practices with the flexibility needed to adapt.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Scrum or Agile certificate.
JIRA Software & Confluence.
Ability to set up dashboards and reports to effectively track sprints and agile performance metrics in Jira would be a plus.
Experience using AI-driven solutions, and Jira configurations to enhance reporting and support decision-making will be considered an asset.
A technical background is a plus.

Flexible hours (7.5 hours a day)
100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too)
