We’re on the lookout for a proactive, curious, and relationship-focused Affiliate & Partnerships Manager for the Polish market ready to take the lead in scaling our affiliate network and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in growing our presence in Poland, forging impactful collaborations that bring Heymondo closer to more travelers worldwide — all while staying true to our mission: making travel easier for everyone, everywhere.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Affiliates & Partnerships, playing a key role in shaping and executing the department’s strategy as part of our ambitious yearly business plan.

Main responsibilities:
Identification and recruitment of new business partners ( B2C / B2B / B2b2C) to expand the general partners network.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure continued success and growth.

Key activities / responsibilities to perform:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
Identify and recruit new partners to expand Heymondo’s collaboration network. Craft tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
Arrange business meetings /calls with prospective partners. Negotiate and manage partners’ collaboration agreements to ensure profitability and compliance.
Monitor and analyze partners’ performance metrics to optimize the marketing strategies implementation and maximize results.
Provide support to partners to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to implement the affiliate program or API integrations and succeed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in the communication and relationship with partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends & competitors. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Share best practices with the team & partners to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on the affiliate program and integrations’ performance, as well as opportunities for growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, establishing a strong professional network and promoting our brand.
Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant in Poland without losing its identity.
Introducing new ideas and innovations to develop growth strategies for the Polish market.
Requirements:
Between 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
Native-like Polish skills required.
Excellent writing skills in Polish.
A high level of Spanish is required, as this person will work closely with the Affiliates team and must be able to communicate effectively in this language. Proficiency in English is a plus.
Creative thinker & negotiator.
Highly motivated.
Self-starter and hands-on.
Passionate about travel.
Experience in Business Development would be a plus.

Flexible hours (7.5 hours a day).
100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too).
